A 360°Experience
An offspring of the Sahyadri Mountains, a source of the Bhima River, a home to one of twelve Jyotirlingas, the largest mountain range between Mumbai and Pune, a beacon of the rain, the starting point for a trek, and a haven of waterfalls, these hills undoubtedly have a lot to offer. What astonished us the most though, is the availability of 52 acres of lush green land, right at the foothills. It wasn’t just a location, it was a getaway, literally. Just a few hours from both Mumbai and Pune, we had found a hidden gem in the world of real estate and we were too thrilled to celebrate. We returned back with just one thought on our minds – of crafting an experience that justified this destination.

We introspected the primitive needs of a man, emotional needs of a human and their essential need for a heal estate. This paved the way for our in-depth design process. We designed homes that blur the boundary between the indoors and outdoors. Incorporating glass facades, large windows, high ceilings, and natural ventilation, Pavillion Villas allow the sunlight, the breeze and the greenery to seep into the villas. The use of clear glass allows for an experience of living with nature, in the truest sense.
